Notice of Price Revision for Products to Be Shipped from January 2015

NISSIN FOOD PRODUCTS CO., LTD. (President: Yoshinori Miura) will revise the prices of its bag-type instant noodle products, cup-type instant noodle products, and cup-type instant rice products that will be shipped from January 1, 2015.

The prices of raw materials for our products have been rising, reflecting expanding demand in emerging countries and a weaker yen. Meanwhile, the costs of packing materials and logistics have been soaring. We expect that this trend will continue over the medium to long terms, raising material procurement costs. In this challenging environment, we have sought to cut costs and hold the line on the prices of our products. However, the situation is such that we are no longer able to entirely absorb the rising costs.

We will keep the prices of our products as they are this year, but to provide high-quality, safe and secure products for consumers, we will have to revise the prices in January 2015.

We will continue to increase business efficiency, and to propose attractive products to consumers, harnessing the technological capabilities that we have developed over many years.

Date of price revision

The price revision will apply to products to be shipped from January 1, 2015.

Prices will rise 5% to 8%.
